We recently celebrated our wedding at the Brighton Baths on Sunday 8 Oct 2017.
Our day was perfect in every way. What an amazing venue.
As with all weddings, there is a lot of planning and organising to be done and it can become quite stressful. Thanks to the event planning and coordination done by The Baths our stress levels were significantly reduced! Thank you so very much Rohana for all your hard work.
We had our wedding service inside as the day was rather windy. The set up was great at the Melbourne end of the restaurant. Seating was for approximately 30 people and the rest of our guests stood. It was a very relaxed service that worked well for us.
We decided to go with a range of canapes to be served prior to lunch followed by a feasting menu served at the table where people served themselves and selected what they liked. We had slow roasted lamb, barramundi with asparagus, and chicken with dauphinoise potatoes accompanied by beans and roast potatoes. The food was superb and very generous and we had many compliments on it throughout the day. Thank you Paul.
We selected our own wines and alcohol was based on consumption. This worked well for us as we enjoy our wines and took great pleasure in selecting a range of white and red wines.
The service was impeccable. Thank you to all who worked on the day.
